Viktor Frankl was a prominent psychiatrist, Holocaust survivor, and author of the book "Man's Search for Meaning." He offered profound insights into human psychology, resilience, and the search for purpose and meaning in life. "Everything can be taken from a man but one thing: the last of the human freedoms—to choose one's attitude in any given set of circumstances, to choose one's own way."

Frankl's teachings emphasize the human capacity to find meaning even in the most challenging circumstances. At Family Service, we have clients who have some incredibly difficult struggles. Our goal is to encourage them to realize their pain, weaknesses, struggles, do not define them. What defines you is how you respond to those struggles. Humans have the wonderful ability to overcome challenges in the face of adversity.

While we are enjoying the summer months, Family Service is busy implementing our new strategic plan. The team has worked hard to recruit new team members, run quality programs, and gain new clients. The ECFC team even spent a few days in blazing hot Phoenix at the Exchange Club National conference!

We hope you are taking some time this summer to recharge with your family and loved ones. If we can be of any service to you, please reach out.

Thank you for being a part of the Family Service legacy!

Stay safe,

Mark Butler, MS
