Kerry-Anne Henry, LSW serves as the Assistant Director of the New Jersey Department of Children and Families’ Office of Housing (OOH). Ms. Henry and her team works in concert with system partners to improve the social and well-being outcomes of youth and families by leveraging housing as a foundation. She has over two decades of experience in child welfare, social services, housing, and program development. Her areas of expertise include housing high risk populations, strategic planning, program implementation and scaling, CQI and systems change. Ms. Henry earned her Master’s in Social Work, and a B.S, from Rutgers University.
