The Exchange Club Family Center is seeking to hire a Case Manager (full time)

Job Summary - The Exchange Club Family Center (ECFC) is seeking compassionate individual to work with families throughout Chester County to alleviate the risk factors associated with child abuse and neglect.  ECFC is part of a nationwide network of child abuse centers that provides a  parenting support program to promote positive parent-child relationships, enhance parental self-sufficiency and prevent child abuse and neglect. This position provides individual case management to families with children ages 0 -12 and will accept referrals from Chester County Department of Children, Youth and Families. Requires home visits with families  to ensure the safety of family members and empower the parents/caregivers to care for their children with the goal of preventing out of home placement.

Requirements:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Human Services or Counseling.
• Experience Working with Families and Children Preferred.
• Child Abuse, State Police Criminal History and FBI clearances.
• Valid Driver’s License and use of private vehicle.
