Our Exchange Club Family Center Year in Review Is Here

We're sharing a new Year in Review for our Exchange Club Family Center (ECFC) program, an evaluation brief prepared for Family Service by Kitrosser Associates.

ECFC works to prevent child abuse and neglect by pairing home visits with case management — helping parents build parenting skills while working through stressors like housing instability, food insecurity, and access to treatment and other supports.

A few highlights from FY2026:
• 96 families were referred to the program
• Among families who received support, 95.6% of children remained safely at home
• Parents' average scores improved across all five areas of a standard parenting assessment
• 500+ home visits and 2,324 hours spent working with clients
