CALLING ALL MOMS - Support Group

Family Service of Chester County is launching Moms Supporting Moms, an eight-week online support group for mothers seeking encouragement and connection. The program runs every Monday from 6:00–7:00 PM, October 6 through November 24, via Zoom.
Led by Kathleen Hess, a Licensed Social Worker, each session addresses three core components: mindfulness practices for managing emotions without judgment, a supportive space to share experiences and reduce isolation, and skill-building for enhanced wellbeing.
Pricing is accessible: the program is free for participants with Medicaid and costs $40 per session for others. Small group sizes ensure each participant will have the chance to be heard, supported, and guided.
