A New Look Inside Our Coatesville Counseling Center

We just released a short video tour of our Coatesville Counseling Center, led by Sarah Rosenthal, who welcomes viewers into the space and shares what it was designed to feel like for the families who walk through the door.

The idea behind the space is simple, but it's the whole point: this is somewhere people should feel safe. For a lot of clients, counseling means talking about the hardest parts of their lives — and that only works in a space that feels calm, private, and genuinely welcoming from the first visit.

Our Coatesville office, located within the Coatesville Center for Community Health, is one of three Family Service locations across Chester County, offering counseling and family support close to home for residents on that side of the county.
