The Exchange Club Family Center (ECFC) is a parenting support and child abuse prevention program for mothers and fathers in Chester County with children ages infant through age 12.
If you are a parent striving to give your child(ren) a safe and loving upbringing, while also enduring financial hardship or low income, the Exchange Club Family Center can help you to:
- Learn practical parenting skills
- Manage the fears and stress of raising children
- Build a strong, safe and unified home
- Avoid child abuse and neglect
- Develop your own personal potential as an adult
When you join our program, we will match you with a trained and dedicated Volunteer Parent Aide who will visit you at home and confidentially help you to identify personal problem areas.
Parent Aides are nonjudgmental, loving, and personally experienced in raising children. Your personal Parent Aide will stay by your side for 12 months (or more) to support you as you grow, change and gain confidence in parenting.
Note: This is a free program funded by local Exchange Clubs, regional foundations, and generous donors. There is no cost to participate.
