Response to Covid-19

Clients, Families, Friends and Partners:

As the Coronavirus/Covid-19 pandemic continues to evolve, Family Service is working tirelessly to minimize disruptions and ensure our agency’s mission is going forward. Family Service has been proactive in creating systems to allow team members to work remotely and continue client’s care via email, phone, and virtual meetings. We understand the community services we offer are vital and we continue to deliver them in a way that ensures the health and safety of our clients, volunteers, and team members.

We have found ourselves in an unprecedented time and together we will support each other in dealing with this challenge.  We will continue to monitor and heed the advice of public health and government officials, and will make decisions based on this guidance to ensure the well-being and safety of all. Would you consider making a donation to Family Service at this time? All funds will go to helping clients with our “Concrete Needs” fund. You can click the link below to donate.

We encourage our friends everywhere to take the extra precautions necessary to safeguard their health and that of others. It’s everyone’s responsibility to help stop the spread of this virus. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (www.CDC.gov) and your local health authorities are the best resources for updates and answers to questions.
