Case Managers

Keith Burress, Case Manager

Keith is Project ONE’s veteran case manager. Since 1996, Keith has worked one-on-one with HIV-positive people and their families in all areas of Chester County. Keith holds a bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Hahnemann University.

Deborah Tanksley-Brown, MS, Case Manager

Deborah joined Project ONE in 2003. She is a case manager and the program’s clinical supervisor. Deborah is also Ministry Director of H.U.B of Hope Ministries, a social justice and reconciliation ministry that partners with Project ONE to raise awareness about HIV/AIDS in Chester County and to promote testing. Deborah has a master’s degree in Social Work Administration from West Chester University.

Jill Johnson, Case Manager / Prevention Education Specialist

Jill Johnson is a Project ONE case manager and a dedicated Prevention Education Specialist. Jill joined Project ONE in 2005 and travels throughout Chester County distributing HIV prevention resources and literature and making presentations about HIV and how to prevent its transmission. Jill has a bachelor’s degree in Economics from Temple University.

Susan Arrighy, MPH, Bilingual Case Manager

Susan is our bilingual case manager. She joined Project ONE in 2011 and has been working with HIV positive people in the Philadelphia area since 2000. Susan is passionate about bringing nutrition education to HIV/AIDS case management; a passion which goes back to her days working in the Caribbean with HIV positive populations. Susan has a master’s degree in Public Health from West Chester University.
