Tickets are non-refundable. A portion of each ticket is tax-deductible.

Ticket Options
- Father Ticket: $75 — male chaperone
- Daughter Ticket: $75 — girl in grade K-8
- Table of 10: $1200 / Table of 12: $1350
- Going with a group? Consider sponsoring a table together. Your purchase of $1200 (or $1350 for a table of 12) will provide additional support to families in need at Family Service of Chester County and secure a table with your friends at the Hearts & Hands Charity Ball. We’ll list your name in our program and place a sign on your table.
Sitting With a Friend
Are your friends attending the Ball? If you are purchasing a father, daughter or patron ticket, when you purchase your ticket, you may select one other couple to sit at your table. They should likewise select you.

- A portion of each ticket is tax deductible. Family Service of Chester County will issue a tax letter via the mail.
- In case of snow or other severely inclement weather, please visit www.familyservice.us for announcements and notices about rescheduling the Hearts & Hands Charity Ball. Once purchased, tickets are non-refundable.
